When activated this module replaces the original tower and virtual cockpit views of FS2004. Several new camera views are selectable from the FS2004 - Options menu. With this module you can enable additional views in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 - A Century of Flight. Shareware, non time limited and fully functional - limited to the Seattle area). This package includes both the install files, one that supports FS2004 9.0 and FS2004 9.1 ( update to 9.1 here). Now wouldn't it be nice if all software developers had similar customer support, THANK Active Camera - the program works well and I for one can sure live with this issue.FS2004 Active Camera 2004 v2.1. )Īltough these 3rd party windows are ALL programmed with MS Windows source code it is a specific FS bug. I have some 3rd party add-ons that do not display the windows in full screen mode (Radar Contact, FSUIPC, Active Sky. It is an issue that we have largely discused with FS 2004 developers in the beta test newsgoup. Every time it is necessary to revert temporariliy to windowed mode (ALT+ENTER). There is a known issue with 3rd party windows that are not properly displayed in full screen mode. The same issue applied with the unregistered copy of Active Camera 2004. Thanks Serge and for your e-mail which explained the situation well, hope you don't mind if I post your reply here for others to read along with your post it should alay any fears of others thinking they have computer related problems (like I did), Samsung 17" SyncMaster flat screen monitor 1024x768(FS9+normal display) I have payware FPUIPC installed and also run Active Sky WXre in FS9. No more blue screens on shutdown but every time I try to gain access to the Active Camera in FULL SCREEN mode the "settings" page appears "behind" the simulator and can't be accessed thus locking up FS9.Īnyone else have this problem and if so how to cure it?. I also updated the flash BIOS for the video card at same time. Now after driver updates for my Hercules Nvidia GeForce3 Ti500 64MB using the manufacturer's driver from Nvidia rather from Hercules and re-installation of FS9 fortunately it's all up and running with one major problem. Think I must be the first to actually uninstall FS2004 but that seemed only option to clear up the mess and identify what was causing the problems. Initial setting up of recently arrived FS2004 ACOF (now I know what FS9 is all about!!) I had installed Active Camera (registered version)and was faced with the dreaded XP (Home Edition) BLUE SCREEN - stop! every time I shut down FS2004 from full screen mode only?.
